I stayed at the hotel for a wedding from September 5th to 7th in Torreon, Mexico. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed with excellent internet service and great air conditioning, but my non-smoking room had a lingering smell of smoke. The location was decent in a small city like Torreon, but some promised facilities were missing, which was disappointing.

I stayed at this hotel in Torreon for business, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, the staff was friendly and accommodating, the location was convenient for my needs, and the dining options were enjoyable. However, there were a few minor drawbacks that affected my stay.

I was in a room on the 4th floor with a king-size bed, AC, Samsung LCDs, and a desk. The rooms were always clean, had excellent internet service, and great air conditioning and lighting. It would have been even better if there were frigobars and microwaves.

The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, especially with our expected arrival time and date. They assured us they could adjust the rate if needed, but I'm still waiting to see that reflected. Additionally, they were very helpful with car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services.
